COLOUR: Pale straw with green hues.
NOSE: A delicate and pretty nose of lemon blossom and soft minerality.
Dashes of lime zest and lemon pith add freshness and punch to these underlying florals.
PALATE: Citrus flavours now move to the fore, with generous splashes of fresh lemon and a touch of grapefruit.
The mid palate shows the soft minerality that are so evident on the nose, adding length to the persistent palate.
STYLE: A dry aromatic Eden Valley Riesling that is fresh on the palate. A perfect food match with spicy dishes.
CELLARING POTENTIAL: Very fresh and delicate now, but will develop with time
