DELIVERY POLICY

• We offer Free Delivery for all orders placed on our website.
• Skye Club Members get acces and free delivery to all wines on our website.
• Non Members Get free delivery on the wines that are accesible to all. ie: MIXED-PACKS, CLEANSKINS

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

• We try to deliver your wines ASAP or within 10 business days.
• However in some Country areas or in rare occasions delivery may exceed 10 business days.
• NT, WA and QLD deliveries may take up to 20 business days.

DESPATCH TIMEFRAME

• Orders are despatched within 48 hours even though in some ocassions the despatch may be delayed up to 4 or 5 days.

DELIVERY CARRIERS

• For Adelaide Metropolitan areas we will deliver with our own vans.
• For Regional SA we will ship your orders via Cochranes Transport.
• Interstate and PO BOXES, your orders will be shipped via Australia Post.

NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?

• If you are not home at the time of delivery the driver will leave your wine somewhere safe. If there is not a safe place where to leave the wine the driver will leave a call card on your mailbox for you to reschedule. If this doesn’t work for you, please consider leaving specific delivery instruction at the checkout process.

MISSING ITEMS

Q: What happens if the wine is taken from the front door?

A: Skye Cellars and the contracted courier company will not be held responsible for any missing goods when delivered without a signature.

ORDERING

Q: Can I collect my web order personally?

A: No, we have a direct sales licence which doesn't allow for click and collects.
