Chalk Hill Fiano 2021
Colour: Light gold with olive hues.
Aroma: Fresh lifted nose of basil and Vietnamese mint, combine with honeysuckle flowers, apricots and citrus.
Palate: The palate is vibrant and well balanced with pear and apricot fruits, lovely fresh herbs and a hint of almonds.
Food Pairing: Grilled chicken, with a salad of spinach, Persian feta and crumbled almonds.
Winemaking Notes:
Grapes from both regions were harvested separately in the cool of the morning and gently pressed off skins.
The juice was then fermented in stainless steel tanks producing a pure and vibrant expression of Fiano.
Ageing Potential: Drink now to 2024.
