Our Big Little Secret Barossa Shiraz 2016
This Barossa Valley Shiraz is a rich full flavoured wine with good intensity & power with generous, ripe fruit filled flavours, of plum, black currant & liquorice.
There is a hint of vanilla bean derived from a measure addition of older American Oak with the balance in older French oak 50/50.
The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed, gently pressed, then transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel tank where the wine underwent a controlled fermentation reaching a maximum of 26 degrees.
