A Good Dirt Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
Just pure blackcurrant, eucalypt and dark chocolate. Hints of cedar oak lurk in the shadows adding complexity.
Grown up and serious, yet quite dexterous and well balanced. Bold blueberries and plummy fruit pack in the flavour, along with a subtle tannin drive across the edges. Best served with a medium rare grass fed steak, or if vego, grilled mushrooms with tonnes of butter!
