The wine exhibits the usual Eden Valley characteristics of citrus blossom, passion fruit and other tropical fruits. The palate has lemon zest, lime notes and even some granny smith apple crispness. The steely acid provides backbone, length and a crisp finish to this beautifully balanced wine. The wine has a sugar to acid ratio near 1 and a pH of 2.8 allowing it to exhibit its very fruity character while remaining a dry wine. The wine is ideal with Asian dishes and sea foods.
