Hand selected from the J&J Family estate vineyard situated at the edge of the McLaren Vale township, we have combined our family's passion for organic viticulture with the skills of our experienced winemaker Goe DiFabio to produce this premium small batch Shiraz which is a reflection of this great region and the people who made it. Rich fertile soil over solid limestone accompanied by long hot days and cooling sea breezes at night throughout the growing season provide the perfect conditions for the production of
premium fruit.
The resulting wine is rich full bodied and complex offering dark ripe fruits, balanced oak, chocolate and spice. A wine for the lover of big stylish reds which delivers now or well into the future if you can resist looking at it in the cellar.

It combines florals and woodsy spice characters to good effect, red cherry and plum jam flavours driving the palate. It's well shaped, flavoured and styled; it's one of those wines where you find yourself drinking in the aromas over and over. It's a lovely wine, and well priced too.
