WINEMAKING
In the winery we handle the fruit for this wine with the respect that hand tended vines deserve. We achieve this by minimising skin contact, separating pressing and giving the juice a long natural settling followed by cool fermentation with cultured yeast.
WINEMAKING NOTES
The Gleeson & Co Riesling is pale straw in colour. The aroma is clean and pure, displaying notes of kaffir lime, lemon zest and wet slate. The palate shows a vibrant acidity around a core of zesty fruit, good length and a balance that will see it age well.
