A rich and concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon, displaying excellent balance. The wine is aromatic with lifted black fruits, floral notes and a hit of dark chocolate.
Tasting Notes
Aroma, Perfumed nose with dark berry, chocolate and plum fruit.
Palate, A medium to full bodied Cabernet with plush red and dark fruits. Hints of chocolate with some spice notes on the long fine finish.
Winemaking Notes
Notes, We aim to capture the natural flavours of the variety and do so by handling the wine gently throughout the wine making process. After picking the wine is crushed and fermented on skins for 7 days. It is then transferred to 3rd and 4th use French oak hogs heads and puncheons for maturation.
Ageing Potential, Drinking well now or will cellar for 5-7 years.
