As cattle graziers in the Coonawarra since 1906, the bull has been part of the Reschke family heritage for over 100 years.
Now focused on producing the perfect Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon, a commitment to quality has evolved, with vines hand pruned and managed to produce very low yields.
This has ensured the berries harvested are rich in flavour and character.
Softness and elegance of this wine have been enhanced by maturation in small French oak casks.
This hand-selected parcel of Shiraz fruit delivers a medium-bodied, fruit-driven wine with complex notes of dark berries with spice and subtle oak notes.
With distinctive florals on the nose and velvety tannins, this wine delivers an intense, yet elegant lingering finish.
