This label series is reserved for wines made from grapes grown on our elevated vineyard at Blewitt Springs.
The Shiraz has been matured for 24 months in French and American oak barrels.
Notes of anise, nutmeg and cedar on the nose.
The palate shows layers of plum and raspberry supported by soft velvety tannins.
