DELIVERY POLICY

The customer is deemed to accept delivery of orders outside any specified time even before or inadvance of expected delivery time upon reasonable notice given.

Where delivery instructions have been directed by the customer to Skye Cellars to "Leave" product on a specified premise or address, Skye Cellars will take no responsiblity for the order/product after delivery instructions have been followed and carried out.

Proof of age on acceptance or signing of product on delivery is not required due to the terms and conditions accepted on the website by the customer on commencement of purchase on the Skye Cellars Website.

Skye Cellars will attempt to carry out a delivery to a designated address articulated by the customer twice only.

If still unsuccessful after two attempts at delivery it is then the customers responsibility to pick it up from Skye Cellars Cellar Door.

RETURNS POLICY

If you're not fully satisfied with your wine, please contact Skye Cellars to discuss and arrange a refund on the remaining unopened bottles or an exchange of product.

We will only accept returns within 30 days from when the product is received by the customer.

Skye Cellars will not refund the bottles that are already opened but will refund only the unopened ones.

Please note: Refunds are not available for any mixed packs but only for straight cartons of the same wine.

We think that wine is all about fun. Wine is an indulgence, like chocolate or cheesecake and should bring something special into your life.

We hand select each wine in store to find the best wines and the best value.

It is our goal to make sure that our wines exceed your expectations and push the boundaries of your senses.
