Winemaker's Note We simply start in the vineyard by selecting the grapes from the best possible site in the most appropriate growing areas for Chardonnay, which is in the Adelaide Hills. The exceptionally fine weather allowed us to fully ripen our Chardonnay to achieve excellent and generous fruit lift.
