COLOUR: Ruby red with purple hues.
NOSE: Black cherry and mocha in the foreground with accents of bay leaf and nutmeg.
PALATE: Layers of plum, blackberry and hints of dark chocolate make the palate complex yet refined.
Dark fruit and graphite linger in the mouth with supple tannins providing pleasing length and a dry finish.
MATURATION: 18 months in French oak.
STYLE: Single vineyard, classic cool climate Eden Valley Merlot.
CELLARING POTENTIAL: Drink now but will age gracefully over the next six to eight years.
