Ruddenklau ‘High & Dry’ Clare Valley Riesling 2018
This wine is a classic pairing with Asian and Asian inspired food, think chilli crab or green chicken curry – the citrus flavours cut through the spice leaving the palate fresh and alive!
Growing on the eastern ranges of the township of Clare, our 2018 ‘High & Dry’ Riesling, is full of minerality, with a steely palate of citrus fruits, distinctive to the area. Very pale, light straw in colour with youthful green tints and brilliant clarity, our Riesling shows a tightly wound, zesty palate. Freshly squeezed limes and grapefruit on the nose and a wonderfully composed core of citrus fruit flavours with mouthwatering acids on the long finish.
