Our Cabernet exhibits bright, lifted fruit flavours—typically currants and hints of mint—with a vanilla and spicy background from maturation in French oak barrels.
The palate is fresh and bright with fruit to the fore, balanced with complexity and edgy tannins.
We aim to produce wines that reflect the unique fruit character of our vineyards in the Skilly Valley.
We complement these flavours with appropriate fermentation techniques and barrel selection.
