Eldredge MOLLIE Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2021
First bottled in 1994 Eldredge were first to release this blend in the Clare Valley.
The blend is 40% Sauvignon Blanc & 60% Semillon and unwooded.
Pale to medium straw colour, with floral and herb bouquet with hints of tropical fruit.
Palate is medium bodied with mouth watering fruit that is long lasting and complimented with a crisp acid finish.
An unwooded style that compliments all styles of cuisine, particularly seafood and Asian.
