Our S3 Vineyard is more eastern than the S2 vineyard and the soils are very different.
Sandy, deep loamy soils are luxurious and full of everything the vines desire.
They have moisture down deep which travels through the soils from the Blewitt Springs area.
We don’t irrigate this vineyard except when we experience extreme heatwaves.
