Delivery Policy
Business Hours
Q: What are you business hours for the Call Centre?A: The phones will only be answered between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM CST Monday to Saturday for placing orders and enquiries.
Q: What are your business hours for the Tasting Room and Store Front?
A: The Auldana Store front is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST. Tastings are available on Saturdays for selected products.
Shipping
Q: Is Australia Post your normal carrier?A: Australia Post is our national Carrier, most local Adelaide Metropolitan deliveries will be delivered by our own drivers.
Q: Special Delivery Instructions and Weekend Deliveries?
A: Delivery will occur during normal business hours. If the event Australia Post cannot obtain a signature for receipt of your order these item(s) will be carted to a local delivery centre and advice to this effect will be left advising you of this location for collection. Please note Australia Post will not re-deliver.
Q: Out of stock product and items sold out?
A: Our office will contact you and offer alternative product(s). Should this not meet with your approval an immediate credit will be offered.
Freight
Q: Do you charge freight?A: Due to the rising cost within the transport industry over the last 12 months the delivery fee will be $6.60 per case or part case. Thank you for your understanding in that matter.
Missing Items
Q: What happens if the wine is taken from the front door?A: Skye Cellars and the contracted courier company will not be held responsible for any missing goods when delivered without a signature.
Packaging
Q: How many bottles in a carton?A: There are 12 bottles in a carton unless it is a Pk6 or Magnum these are sold in lots of 6. Cartons of beer, etc are in quantity of 24 units.
Delivery Times
Q: What's the expected delivery times?A: Please allow 7-10 working days for all deliveries.
Ordering
Q: Can I collect my order personally and pay over the phone?A: Yes you can place a phone order and collect from 578 The Parade, Auldana SA 5072. Thank you for your understanding on this matter. We can also put wines aside for a limited period.
