Deep dark red/plum in colour. Gentle black pepper and spice support lifted redcurrant and raspberry aromas along with subtle darker fruits such as blackcurrant and plums, with a hint of mint.

"Rich and saucy with cherry/ blackcurrant and a choc mint/ aniseed overlay - all very nice. The saucy theme continues with BBQ and pepper over juicy berry fruit flavours. The tannins are fine grained and chocolaty, the balance and drinkability very high with the oak low and folded neatly into the wine.
